20/20/20 –Want variety in your workout? This class offers 20 minutes Aerobics, 20 minutes Combat and 20 minutes toning all in one class. Energising & challenging.

Body Blitz –An energetic total body workout designed to target all major muscle groups, leaving you feeling fit & energized.

Dance Fever –Get fit the celebrity way! A dance based class with an Aerobic element. Lots of moves, lots of fun.

Fab AbsA 30 minute demanding abdominal workout for the ultimate in core definition.

Fitball Frenzy – Improve your balance, posture, body awareness & co-ordination. Using a Stability ball strengthen your abdominal muscles and core stability. A class for men and women.

Cardio Combat - Aerobics based class drawing on combat style moves to leave you fighting fit.

Power Ride - A journey on a stationary bike leaving you invigorated with impressive results. A guaranteed calorie burner involving no impact.

Step ‘n’ Tone –For all you existing steppers! This class incorporates the use of a step block to work those key areas

whilst providing a great cardio and toning workout

Senior Fit Club –Working to a comfortable pace, this general fitness class is designed to strengthen muscles & mobilize joints.

Stretch & Tone –45 minutes of body conditioning, performing exercises that target specific muscle groups to lengthen & tone

Pole Fitness –Fun, Fitness & frolics is had by all, whilst learning the art of ‘Pole-Dancing’, great for fitness, great for fun. 

Sunday Service –Service your body with the Herrison fitness Team! A class offering different styles of fitness every week to add excitement to your workouts.

Super Circuits – A great class to improve all round physical fitness. A challenging mix of cardio and resistance exercisescovering all major muscle groups. Lots of encouragement with great results.

Teens Circuits – A fun and educational class to develop total fitness awareness. This energizing workout ensures safe guidance and supervision. Accept the challenge!

Trim & Tone –A fun workout using dance based moves to firm & tone from head to toe followed by a blast on the abs.

 

Specialist Fitness Services

 

Personal Training – a program tailor made to achieve your personal aims and goals (includes a BCA) - £25 (£100 for 5)

Body Composition Analysis – an accurate measurement of lean to muscle tissue, fluid content, basal metabolic rate and body fat. £15

On the ball- one to one fitball sessions using the stability ball which is designed to adapt to all fitness levels. A fantastic package of 10x 30min sessions and 1 personal program tailored for the individuals needs.  £80 member, £90 non member.
